Thank you for the write-up. It's an interesting company.Why have Pension Insurance Corporation's ROEs come down in 2019, 2020, and H1 2021? If this is structural, should PIC trade at 1.0x BV given the low ROE and high view available tags

Why doesn't BTI acquire this and then spin off PIC/Trilantic in a few years? It would effectively be a discounted repurchase. It would take a bit of an entreprenuerial mindset on the BTI side but view available tags
